Refund Policy for Services

You will only be invoiced for services once those services have been delivered to you and all work related to those services have been completed. Once you have accepted our invoice and paid such invoice we will assume that you are 100% satisfied with the services provided to you and no refunds will be provided at a later stage.

Customers who choose to purchase a monthly service plan will be invoiced at the begining of the month in which services covered under the purchased service plan will be delivered. Once you have accepted our invoice and paid such invoice we will assume that you are 100% satisfied with the services provided to you and no refunds will be provided at a later stage.

Should you not be satisfied with the services we provide or have provided, you should inform us in writing of this, providing full resons for your dissatisfaction, as well as suggestions as to how we should rectify the issues, within 7 days from the day you were invoiced. We will then consult with you and provide our best effort to solve any outstanding issues you may have with services provided within 90 days of receipt of such writing.

 

Refund Policy for Products

If you are not 100% satisfied that the products you purchased conforms to features and specifications described on this site, you can either return your order for a full refund or exchange it for something else. You can return or exchange your purchase for up to 30 days from the purchase date. Returned or exchanged products must be in the condition you received them and in the original box and/or packaging. All costs for returning products will be for your account.
